The plate that I have created is about being healthy. The four things on my plate are: fruit,protein, vegetables, grain, dairy. Cheese reminds me of the dairy that is on my plate, for fruit I have berries such as: Blueberries, Strawberries, and blackberries. For vegetables I have tomatoes,carrots,and potatoes. Then for protein I have a variety of meats. Then for grain I have a field of grains shown in the picture above. To me these are the things that remind me of a perfect plate.
